Founder & Creative Director
Roxanne Hanna
Combining creative vision with industry knowledge and entrepreneurial instinct, Roxanne brings together the talent and resources to help visionary companies create compelling brand experiences that inspire human connection. Leading with emotional intelligence and an adventurous spirit, she fosters a collaborative working dynamic with clients, making Hanna Creative Co. a relationship-driven partner for forward-thinking brands.
Roxanne launched Hanna Creative Co. in 2017, building on over two decades of experience leading transformative brand experiences in fashion and design. Her previous roles included successful collaborations with global design teams at Tory Burch, Soho House, Coach, and the Four Seasons, as well as developing licensed collections with notable interior design firms.
Roxanne earned her BS in Textile Marketing from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and pursued further studies at Parsons School of Design.

Erik Hanna
Partner and Ecommerce Director, Erik Hanna, leads digital strategy, web development, and growth initiatives at Hanna Creative Co., delivering high-performance ecommerce and marketing solutions for design-driven brands.
With over 20 years of experience in luxury digital commerce, Erik has a proven track record of driving triple-digit online revenue growth. He brings a data-first mindset and deep technical expertise, leveraging analytics and advanced platforms to scale sales, increase visibility, and strengthen brand value.
Erik holds a BS in Marketing and completed postgraduate studies in Graphic Design at the Rhode Island School of Design. Erik began his career in marketing and graphic design at both in-house marketing teams and agencies—experience that continues to inform his approach to building brands that are as strategic as they are visually compelling.
