Get Started with the AEO Accelerator:

1. Services

Hanna Creative Co. provides AI visibility analysis, scoring, and optimization services through its AEO Accelerator platform.

Services are informational and strategic in nature and do not constitute legal, financial, or business advice.

2. Program Structure & Scope

The AEO Accelerator is a structured three (3) month program.

Month 1 — Audit & Strategy:

• Proprietary AI visibility scoring
• Discovery prompt mapping
• Website audit across key AI visibility factors
• Competitive and search behavior analysis
• Strategy development

Month 2 — Implementation:

• Technical optimization for AI readability
• Structured data implementation
• Content and FAQ optimization
• E-E-A-T enhancements

Month 3 — Visibility & Results:

• Editorial content deployment
• Ongoing optimization
• Performance tracking and analysis
• Progress reporting and rescoring

Services are delivered as a structured program and are not offered as individually itemized or standalone components unless otherwise agreed in writing by Hanna Creative Co.

3. Fees & Payment

The AEO Accelerator is offered as a fixed-fee engagement. Total Fee: $2,550.

Payment options:

• Pay in full: $2,550 due prior to commencement of services
• Installment plan: Three (3) monthly payments of $850 each

Payment terms:

• Services will not begin until the first payment has been received
• All payments are non-refundable once services have begun
• For installment plans, Client is responsible for completing all scheduled payments regardless of early termination or level of participation

Ongoing services beyond the initial three-month engagement, if elected, will be scoped and billed separately.

4. AI Platform Disclaimer

Client acknowledges that AI platforms (including but not limited to ChatGPT, Google AI, and Perplexity) are third-party systems not controlled by Hanna Creative Co., operate using evolving algorithms and models, and produce dynamic and non-deterministic outputs.

Hanna Creative Co. does not guarantee inclusion, ranking, or recommendation within any AI-generated result.

5. Results & Performance

No specific rankings, placements, or visibility outcomes are guaranteed. Results vary based on competition, industry, and external factors. Timeframes for measurable impact are not fixed. Performance and AI visibility may fluctuate over time due to ongoing changes in third-party platforms, algorithms, and data sources. Any performance examples or score improvements are illustrative only and not predictive of future results.

6. AI Visibility Scoring & Proprietary System

Scores are internal benchmarks for comparative purposes only and are not absolute or industry-standard. Methodologies may evolve over time. All systems, frameworks, scoring models, and methodologies remain the exclusive intellectual property of Hanna Creative Co. Clients may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the system.

7. Data Usage & Access

Client grants Hanna Creative Co. permission to analyze publicly accessible website content, public metadata and structured data, and search and AI-facing signals associated with the provided URL. No access to private systems, accounts, or backend infrastructure is required.

8. Third-Party Platforms & Technical Limitations

Hanna Creative Co. is not responsible for changes in AI platform behavior or algorithms, search engine or AI model updates, website outages or access restrictions, or limitations in publicly available data. These factors may impact analysis and outcomes.

9. Intellectual Property

All systems, methodologies, frameworks, scoring models, and processes remain the exclusive property of Hanna Creative Co. Audit results and recommendations are licensed for Client use upon full payment. Client may not resell or redistribute deliverables, or use outputs to create competing products or services.

10. Errors & Omissions

Analysis is based on available data at the time of review. Hanna Creative Co. is not liable for incomplete or outdated website information, changes occurring after analysis, or limitations in third-party data sources.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hanna Creative Co. shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, business, or anticipated results. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.

12. Indemnification

Client agrees to indemnify and hold Hanna Creative Co. harmless from claims arising from use of deliverables, website content or business claims, or violations of third-party rights.

13. Confidentiality

Any non-public information shared by either party will be treated as confidential.

14. Termination

For any ongoing services beyond the initial engagement, either party may terminate with written notice and fees for completed work remain payable. The initial AEO Accelerator engagement is not cancellable once services have begun.

15. Modifications

Hanna Creative Co. reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updates.

16. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island.

17. Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the full understanding between both parties.
