Great brands are built over time, through consistency, trust, and a deep understanding of what makes them distinctive.

Since 2019, Hanna Creative has partnered with Kneedler Fauchére to shape and grow the brand’s digital presence through social strategy, storytelling, and original content. Working closely with President Gina Dewitt and Marketing Director Erik Haig, we’ve become an extension of their team, translating the legacy, craftsmanship, and artistry found throughout their showrooms into a digital experience that keeps the brand visible and relevant to today’s design community.

With locations in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Denver, Kneedler Fauchére has spent more than 75 years connecting interior designers with exceptional furnishings, fabrics, lighting, and wallcoverings from some of the world’s most inspiring artisans and manufacturers. Our role has been to bring that same sense of discovery and expertise to social media while honoring the history and integrity of the brand.

Over the years, our work has evolved well beyond the traditional showroom feed. We’ve developed narrative-driven campaigns, produced collaborative interview series with leading designers highlighting collections represented by Kneedler Fauchére, and brought members of the KF team in front of the camera to share their own expertise, perspective, and passion for design. Together, these stories give audiences a deeper connection to the people, makers, and ideas behind the showroom experience.

That consistent, editorial approach has translated into meaningful growth. Over the past year, Kneedler Fauchére’s social presence generated more than 1 million views, with an average reach of 941 and 18% audience growth. For a trade-only brand serving a highly specific professional audience, the results reflect something more valuable than scale alone: sustained visibility and engagement within the design community that matters most to the business.

What makes the partnership enduring is a shared belief that meaningful brands are built through relationships. By understanding Kneedler Fauchére’s history, audience, collections, and point of view, we’re able to continually evolve the content while maintaining a presence that feels unmistakably their own.

More than five years into our collaboration, the work continues to evolve, combining long-term brand stewardship with new ideas, original storytelling, and a clear understanding of how the design community discovers and connects with brands today.

“Kneedler Fauchére has always been built on relationships, and Hanna Creative truly understands that. They have taken the time to learn our brand, our history, and what makes us unique. They have become a true extension of our team, helping us communicate our story with clarity, consistency, and heart while creating content that feels authentic to who we are. They understand that great storytelling is about more than the products; it’s about the people, passion, and craftsmanship behind the brand. Our partnership is built on trust, collaboration, and a shared passion for thoughtful storytelling.”
