We've collaborated with Ariel Okin Interiors since 2021, first creating the firm's visual identity and website during a period of exciting growth. After years of working together, it was time to revisit the website to reflect how both the studio and the work had matured. With Ariel's first Rizzoli book on the horizon and the firm's tenth anniversary approaching, we focused on creating a digital experience that felt more refined while still capturing the warmth, personality, and thoughtful approach that have always defined the brand.
One of the greatest benefits of a long-term creative partnership is the shorthand that develops along the way. After working together for years, we understand Ariel's aesthetic, her vision, and what makes the firm distinct. That shared understanding allows the process to move beyond explaining ideas and into refining them, creating a website that feels true to the studio while presenting its work in a more elevated way.
The redesign was an exercise in thoughtful evolution. We preserved the elements that had become recognizable to Ariel Okin Interiors while simplifying the overall experience and allowing the firm's portfolio to take center stage. The new website highlights a decade of work through immersive project pages, integrated video, and a more editorial approach to storytelling.
We also expanded the site to better showcase the many facets of Ariel's work, including her book, partnerships, Fenimore Lane Design Summit, and editorial platform, while creating a more detailed inquiry process to help the studio better understand potential clients from the very beginning.
The result is a website that reflects where Ariel Okin Interiors is today: a mature, established design studio with a strong point of view and a growing body of work. It is also a reflection of what can happen when a creative partnership is built over time, through trust, collaboration, and a shared understanding of the brand.
