When luxury residential builder Forden & Co. approached us, they had a clear vision for the type of client they wanted to attract, and the work to back it up. Projects ranging from poured board-formed concrete residences on Southampton to century-old historic restorations in Sag Harbor. A roster of collaborators that includes some of the most respected architects, landscape architects, and craftspeople working on the East End today.

Our work began with the brand. We drew inspiration from their projects, the texture, the bold architectural lines, the uncompromising attention to material and craft. A signature stamp, inspired by a furniture maker's mark found in Paris, became the visual anchor of the identity, speaking to the firm's dedication to quality and the kind of work that is built to last.

What began as a website and branding engagement in 2019 has grown into a long-term creative partnership. Today we develop and produce a full-scale video and content series that brings the Forden story to life, from close-up craft details and job site collaboration to five-year landscape evolutions and oceanfront finished homes. Each concept is built around the way Alex Forden actually works: with precision, with the best people in every discipline, and with an eye toward what a home will mean long after the project is complete.

Their most recent featured project is the restoration and reimagining of a historic Grosvenor Atterbury home, with interiors by Jake Arnold and featured in Architectural Digest, a collaboration that reflects both the caliber of the firm's work and the partners they attract.
